What are our delivery options?
When your destination country is the United States, you can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.
Standard Shipping:
Standard Working Hours: 7-30 business days
Standard Shipping and Free Shipping Terms: $100 (Free for orders over $1000). Orders exceeding the free shipping amount are exempt from standard shipping (over $100). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
During peak seasons and promotions, delivery times may be longer.
Fast Delivery:
Express Delivery Time: 5-15 business days

Where do we ship from?
Products will be shipped from our Shenzhen front-end warehouse within 7 days of order placement. Service hours are working hours (Monday to Friday): 8am – 6pm (time zone), closed on weekends and public holidays.
How do you track your order?
We process your order within 24 hours of receiving it, and your goods will be processed and shipped within business days. Please note: This may take longer during promotional periods.
Once your order is packaged, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that obtaining tracking information may take a few days.
You can also track your order in your account.
Taxes and Duties
Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and itemized on the checkout page. Make sure to select your location to see the correct local market pricing, delivery time, and shipping costs.
Option 1: Product Price Includes Taxes
We ship to all locations on DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all applicable import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
Option 2: Product Price Excludes Taxes
We ship to all locations on DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning the displayed product price does not include all taxes and duties.
Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs duties, and local sales tax for the destination. We will send you an email after you place your order requesting your acceptance of these terms. For an estimated value of the taxes and duties on your purchase, please contact your local customs office.
